The nonmilitary and nonpolitical figurines produced at Allach followed main stream traditional German tastes and models. Many of the models produced at Allach looked similar to many already well known porcelain figurines produced by other German facilities. Women, children, and athletes were particularly popular models for both Allach and other firms. One of the most desirable figurines but difficult to find undamaged is the Fencer. It is also one of the few pieces made by Allach that was not glazed. The Fencer is highly associated with Reinhard Heydrich since Heydrich himself was an avid fencer. However, Heydrich did commission the bronze Fencer to be produced. This was to be given annually and presented by Heydrich to the winner of Germany's Fencing Tournament. This event which was established by Heydrich as a way to promote fencing.

Other figurines that are sought after are the Woman After Bath, particularly the difficult to find 2nd version, The Mother With Children and the Chicken Thief. The Chicken Thief was copied from the water fountain that came from the "Chicken Market" in the city of Aachen.
