Peasant Figures (traditional german costumes) The farmer or Peasant figures were all created by Richard Foerster, the first of which were the Bueckeburger Farmer couple, numbered 45 and 46. Each of the 5 couples depict the costume and customs of five well known and very distinct areas of Germany.
