Himmler Presentation  Julfest Plates (Julteller)

The Julteller was to be used in the celebration of Christmas and the Winter Soltice. The Julteller could not be purchased and could only be presented to individuals determined by SS Reichsfuhrer Heinrich Himmler. Himmler gave his all white porcelain Julteller to specially selected personalities to which he wanted to express a special favor during the Christmas season. There were 5 yearly versions of Himmlers Julteller begining in 1940 and ending in 1944.
